WHAT ARE YOUR BUSINESS HOURS?

The Vrlty Co.© Team is available Monday-Friday, from 9AM-7PM EST. We are closed on weekends, and all major holidays. Project requests received after open business hours will be addressed the following business day.

 

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?

There is a nonrefundable project fee of $350.00 ($150.00 for photography sessions) that is required to begin your project. This start-up fee goes towards your total project balance. The project fee is due at the time of booking. Failure to pay the deposit within 48 hours of requested service will delay the completion of your project in a timely manner. Services will not begin until the full deposit is made. Projects can be paid in full at the time of service directly on our website at Our Shop.

Once your project fee has been made, you must pay your balance 24 hours before the project completion date. Failure to do so will result in withheld project materials. Payment plans are available for qualified projects (inquire with Vrlty Co team member). You may make two scheduled (2) payments to pay your final balance. If you miss your scheduled payment date, you will have 24 hours to make a payment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 late fee. After 48 hours of no payment, your project will be terminated. To reinstate your project, a fee of $100 is required in addition to your project balance. Final project materials will not be delivered without paid in full balances. This includes rush services.

 

WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?

Our typical turnaround time for projects varies. The general design proof turnaround time is 10-15 business days, depending on workload at time of request. Please review your custom proposal to see your specific turnaround timeframe.

 

WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

For Photography, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required for indoor studio services and a 24-hour cancellation notice is required for outdoor services. Failure to do so within the required timeframe will result in a forfeit of the session fee. Rescheduling a service thereafter will require a new session fee. ALL PAYMENTS MADE FOR PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

For All Other Services, a $300 project cancellation fee is owed to Vrlty Co. Any incomplete materials will not be sent to the client. All services will seize at the time of cancellation request and materials received by the client thus far within the project time will remain with the client.

 

DO I OWN MY LOGO?

Yes! Clients have full ownership of their logo, or any other design services provided. Logo files are provided in png, jpg, pdf formats. VRLTY CO, LLC retains the layered .psd Photoshop file. If this file type is needed, it can be purchased. For more details, contact a member of our team at info@vrltyco.com.

 

WHAT IS YOUR COMMUNICATION POLICY?

All communication is via email and text message, for paper trail purposes. We do not accept phone consultations at this time. Please allow 48-72 business hours for a team member to address your inquiry. Inquiries will not be handled outside of business hours.

 

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BEGIN MY PROJECT?

Once your nonrefundable $350 fee and introductory project form is received, we will begin your project. Please make sure that all the required documents or digital items needed are delivered to us in a timely manner. Also make sure all digital items are high resolution. We cannot accept low quality imagery, logos, or digital files.

 

HOW MANY VARIATIONS WILL I RECEIVE FOR MY LOGO?

We provide three initial logo designs for you to choose from. You are allotted three free revisions. If any additional revisions are needed, there is a $15 fee per revision.
