CONTENT INFORMATION REQUESTS

Vrlty Co.© is a two-person team. We work together to deliver the best tailored experience for each of our clients in a timely manner. Your full participation is essential to the completion of your project. Failure to deliver requested information within a timely manner will result in a Content Late Fee of $50 one-time after 48 hours, then you will have another 48 hours to deliver content or the project will be terminated. Once you exceed a four (4) day late period, you will be charged a reinstatement project fee of $100 in addition to the one-time $50 Content Late fee and your remaining balance.

 

PAYMENT DETAILS

There is a nonrefundable project fee of $350.00 ($150.00 for photography sessions) that is required to begin your project. This start-up fee goes towards your total project balance. The project deposit is due at the time of booking. Services will not begin until the full deposit is made. Projects can be paid in full at the time of service directly on our website at vrltyco.com/shop.

Once your deposit has been made, you must pay your balance 24 hours after project mockup finals have been provided. Failure to do so will result in withheld project materials. Payment plans are available for qualified projects (inquire with Vrlty Co.© team member). If you miss your scheduled payment date, you will have 24 hours to make a payment. Failure to do so will result in a $50 late fee. After 48 hours of no payment, your project will be terminated. To reinstate your project, a fee of $100 is required in addition to your project balance. Final project materials will not be delivered without paid in full balances. This includes rush services if applied before starting project.

 

ALL SERVICE FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

We accept PayPal and Credit/Debit Card payment types. All received monies are USD.

 

TURNAROUND TIME

Our typical turnaround time for projects varies. This depends on workload at time of request. Please review your custom proposal to see your specific turnaround timeframe.

 

CLIENT REQUIREMENTS

As the client in need of a requested service, you are required to adhere to the following responsibilities:

• Sending requested information within a timely manner

• Making required payments in full and on time within a timely manner

• Reading over all terms and conditions listed on the Vrlty Co.© site, client proposals, any communication sent via Vrlty Co.© team member, and reading privacy policies frequently to update yourself on our practices

• Timely responses to all email communications

• Timely arrival to scheduled consultations and photography services

• Open communication with Vrlty Co.© team members in emergency cases or lateness

• Paying any monthly or annual fees associated with web services or web maintenance services

 

CANCELLATIONS

For Photography, a 48-hour cancellation notice is required for indoor studio services and a 24-hour cancellation notice is required for outdoor services. Failure to do so within the required timeframe will result in a forfeit of the session fee. Rescheduling a service thereafter will require a new session fee. ALL PAYMENTS MADE FOR PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

For All Other Services, a $150 project cancellation fee is owed to Vrlty Co.©. Any incomplete materials will not be sent to the client. All services will seize at the time of cancellation request and materials received by the client thus far within the project time will remain with the client.

 

DISCLOSURE STATEMENT

The Vrlty Co.© team is not liable for any unflattering image content that is displayed on client’s materials. Clients are responsible for sending high-res images for use on any materials. The Vrlty Co.© team is not required to ‘doctor up’ any received images. We are not responsible for client-incurred mishaps that may arise during our time working together.

The Vrlty Co.© team are not magicians. We are a creative design team that enhances or creates your brand imagery. If issues occur during the startup process for any web or graphic service, we will communicate the issues with you immediately.
